地域安全学会、及び6thACUDRで発表しました

 5月16日～17日にかけて、人と防災未来センターとJICA関西にて、地域安全学会・春季発表大会と、地域安全学会がホストとなった国際会議6th Asian Conference on Urban Disaster Reduction (ACUDR) が開催されました。

ゼミ生が両方ともに論文を出し、発表を頑張っていたのに刺激され、私も両方で発表して参りました。論文は梗概集に掲載されていますので、発表資料をリンクしておきます。

紅谷昇平「自然災害時における応援職員派遣体制の効果的な構築と準備に向けた考察」

・2月に総務省の調査を受けたコンサルさんからヒアリングを受けたので、その際、お話した内容を基にした報告、提案です。（データに基づいた「研究」ではないです。）

ACUDR

・こちらは、３０年前の阪神・淡路大震災の際、修士論文の調査で実施した避難所調査の結果のダイジェスト版です。

（プライバシーなども気になってあまり外部に公表しておらず、特に写真については修士論文中で一枚も使っていないのですが、３０年経ったことだし、３０年記念の学会ならそろそろ公開してもよいのだろうと思ってポスターを作製しました。でも解像度が低くて、よくわかりにくいですね。時間がなく、図も日本語のままで申し訳ありません。）

今回、阪神・淡路大震災３０年の記念ということで、両大会が神戸で開催されました。

参加者数が、おそらく過去最多の大盛況だったので、運営側で頑張ってくださった方々は、本当に大変だったと思います。心より感謝いたします。

とても素晴らしい学会大会と国際会議になりました。

From May 16th to 17th, the ISSS Spring Conference and the 6th Asian Conference on Urban Disaster Reduction (ACUDR) hosted by ISSS, were held at the Disaster Reduction and Human Renovation Institution and JICA Kansai.

Inspired by my seminar students' enthusiastic efforts for both events, I also decided to present at both conferences. My papers are included in the abstract collection, and I've linked my presentation materials here.

This time, both conferences were held in Kobe to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake.

The number of participants was likely the highest ever, making it a huge success. I imagine the organizers who worked so hard behind the scenes had an incredibly tough time. We greatly appreciate their efforts.
